How do I verify my patients’ benefits?
To verify patient benefits please fax the following documents:
- Patient Face Sheet (from your clinic)
- Insurance Card(s) – front and back if available

In order for D&J Compression to complete an order, we need the following:
What do I do if the garment I ordered does not fit?
All garments ordered through D&J Compression are covered by a 15 day return period. If the garment does not fit properly, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it. This will give us enough lead time to request a return or replacement from the manufacturer.
How can I be sure I am taking the correct measurements of my patient?
If you are unsure how to correctly measure your patient for the garment you are ordering, please consult our resources page. We have included a several informational and measurement videos for reference.
