How do I verify my patients’ benefits?

To verify patient benefits please fax the following documents:

  • Patient Face Sheet (from your clinic)
  • Insurance Card(s) – front and back if available

What do I do if the garment I ordered does not fit?

All garments ordered through D&J Compression are covered by a 15 day return period. If the garment does not fit properly, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it. How can I be sure I am taking the correct measurements of my patient?
